Booking Your Appointment

At the time of booking your appointment, a deposit of 50% is required in order to secure the appointment.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

A notification of cancellation is required in writing (via e-mail) 48 hours prior to the appointment.

In the event of a cancellation within less than 48 hours before your appointment, Therapy by Gita reserves the right to retain the 50% deposit paid at the time of booking as a cancellation fee of the pre-booked session.

In the event of you cancelling 2 hours before your appointment or fail to attend, Therapy by Gita reserve the right to charge the full price of the session.

APPOINTMENT REARRANGEMENT POLICY

Should you wish to rearrange your appointment, please do so either in writing or by phone.

SESSION TIMINGS

A late arrival will reduce the length of the session time allocated to you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Clients will be requested to complete a Pre-consultation Form. Should this not be completed within the specified time-frame of 7 days, or to the required standard, your appointment may be cancelled without notice at the discretion of the therapist.

The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment should it be felt the case may require referral for specialist reasoning.

The therapist reserves the right to stop the treatment at any time should it be felt that the clients behaviour is inappropriate. Therapy by Gita does not tolerate any inappropriate, hostile or aggressive behaviour.

Guarantees

In the event therapy is unsuccessful, Therapy by Gita does not offer a refund or part refund.

All reasonable care and skill will be used to provide the treatment that you require. Guarantee of client treatment is not possible due to ethical reasons.
